Quality investing RIP?

Recent months have brought a flurry of comments about the woes of ‘quality investing’, an approach to equity investment that became a go-to for asset and wealth managers during the 2010s and early 2020s.

MSCI highlighted last year as one of the worst on record for the relative performance of ‘quality’and several big banks, including JP Morgan, Barclays and Morgan Stanley, have weighed in tolament the disappointing run.
