After starting his career in 2014 as a Global Equity Analyst at Amundi in London, Remi moved to Paris and Frankfurt where he was an Equity Analyst covering media and telecom stocks at Oddo Securities for three years.
He holds a Master’s degree in Risk & Finance from EDHEC Business School and is a CFA® charterholder.
Juliette Alves joined Comgest in 2010 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in Global Emerging Markets equities, notably the Latin America region.
Juliette co-leads the Latin America and GEM Promising Companies strategies as well as a number of Global Emerging Markets segregated mandates. Juliette started her career in 2005 at Credit Agricole CIB’s representative office in Mexico before joining the company’s Latin America team in New York in 2007 where she worked as a Credit Analyst. In 2009 she transferred to Crédit Agricole CIB’s Paris office.
A Portuguese and French national, Juliette graduated from the NEOMA Business School in France with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and is a CFA® charterholder.
Abla Bellakhdar joined Comgest in 2014 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in Global Emerging Markets equities, notably the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) as well as Latin America.
Abla contributes widely to the investment team’s research coverage for a diverse selection of quality growth stocks. Prior to joining the firm, Abla undertook internships at Comgest, a financial institution in Morocco (CDG) and Euro Latina Finance in Paris, a specialist in Latin America cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
She studied at the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico before graduating from the NEOMA Business School in France where she majored in Corporate Finance and wrote a thesis on integrating risk into company valuation processes.
Charles Biderman joined Comgest in 2006 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in Global Emerging Markets equities, notably the Latin America region.
He contributes strongly to idea generation and has co-led the management of the firm’s Latin American equity strategy since its inception in 2009. Charles also manages a number of Global Emerging Markets segregated mandates.
Charles completed a Master’s degree in Engineering at the Institut National des Télécommunications in France where he majored in Finance and undertook part of his studies in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
William Bohn joined Comgest in 2019 as an Analyst specialising in European equities.
William contributes to idea generation, researching quality-growth companies within a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining the firm, William undertook internships at Comgest, Alphavalue (European Independent Equity Research) and The Rock Creek Group (Global Asset Management Firm) during his year abroad in Washington D.C.
William graduated top of his class at Sciences Po Strasbourg with a Master’s degree in Law, Economics, and Finance and also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School.
Schlomy Botbol joined Comgest in 2016 and is a Quantitative Analyst and Portfolio Manager.
Before joining Comgest, Schlomy worked as a Portfolio Manager gaining more than 10 years’ experience in cross asset investments and alternative strategies for Société Générale Asset Management Alternative Investments and UBP Alternative Investments. He is a derivatives expert who has considerable experience in portfolio management, execution and quantitative research of innovative investment solutions.
Schlomy graduated from the French Grande Ecole Telecom SudParis and holds a Master’s Degree from Université Paris IX – Dauphine (Master 203).
Jimmy Chen joined Comgest in 2017 and is a Hong Kong-based Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in Greater China equities.
Prior to joining the firm, Jimmy worked for Sanford C. Bernstein as a Senior Research Associate specialised in Asia-Pacific regional telecoms. He previously spent five years as a consultant with Bain & Company working with clients across various industries (ranging from consumer to industrial) and was based in Australia (2 years) and China (3 years).
Jimmy is fluent in Mandarin, obtained a Bachelors of Commerce & Law (with Honours) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and is a CFA® charterholder.
Louis Citroën joined Comgest in 2019 and is an Analyst specialising in US equities.
After starting his career in 2009 as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in Paris, Louis worked from 2011 as a Small Cap Equity Analyst at Financière de l’Echiquier. He then moved to London in 2013 where he was an Equity Analyst covering telecoms and media stocks at Arete Research for five years.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Europe Business School and is a CFA® charterholder.
Arnaud Cosserat joined Comgest in 1996 and is Chief Executive Officer of the Group. A long-standing Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities, he also holds the role of Chief Investment Officer.
As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment team and ensuring the best practices are in place to entrench the firm’s philosophy to successful long-term investing. Arnaud started his career in 1989 as an Analyst at Banque Paribas, before joining Société de Bourse Oddo and then Generali as a Portfolio Manager.
He holds a Master of Science degree from the ESSEC business school in Paris and is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF, Société Française des Analystes Financiers).
Laurent Dobler joined Comgest in 1991 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities as well as a Deputy Managing Director of Comgest S.A.
As Comgest's longest serving Portfolio Manager, Laurent is a lead Portfolio Manager withing the European equity team and has been instrumental in forging and refining Comgest's quality growth investment philosophy. He started his career in Geneva in 1986 with Banque Paribas as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager of a German equity fund before he joined the Geneva fund management team of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild where he specialised in European and Japanese equities.
With a degree in Economics from the Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in Law from University Paris II, Laurent also studied at Sciences Po (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) in Paris, where he majored in Finance and Fiscal Policy.
